I don’t know about you but I love to workout! I have met more women and fitness girls just by going to the gym on a regular basis than you can even imagine. I’m a huge advocate of staying in shape and I love to date fit girls so it only makes sense that I do it on the regular.
I’m going to suggest that you join a local gym if you haven’t already. It’s a fantastic place to meet single women. Not gonna lie, I hang out in various cities around the country (mostly Boston) so I’ve got great access to fitness centers filled with both men and women.

How To Meet A Woman At The Gym And Setup A Date
Here are the most important tips that you need to know when meeting girls in shape at the gym.
Don’t Interrupt Her
If you see a hot girl working out with headphones on and she’s in a groove, do not interrupt her. If you do, she will not give you the time of day.
Believe it or not, girls are at the gym to get in shape, look, and feel better about themselves. They don’t need a tool like you coming up to them disrupting a kickass set. Wait until she has finished her set before approaching.
How To Talk To Girls In A Gym
If you’re really interested in chatting with a girl at the gym, you don’t want to waste your time or her time while you’re both sweaty in the middle of the weight room.
Have a nice short conversation and keep it at that. If you want to take things further, then I suggest that you ask her to hang out after she’s done working out or even later that evening.
Don’t Gawk Or Over Compliment
Hot girls that workout at the gym know that they are hot and they don’t need you to gawk at them or over compliment them at all. Keep your comments to a minimum when chatting with the local fit woman in your gym.
Sure, some women love compliments but most want to be thought of as more than just a booty call. I know it’s very hard to believe! They want you to care about them as a person and not just because you want to hook up with them.
Don’t Just Walk Around
Douchebags walk around staring at themselves in the mirror. They walk around, do a set, grunt, butt heads with their workout buddy and they walk around some more. It’s like a social gathering for these clowns. Trust me when I say that these types of guys never get laid by girls at the gym.
Go To The Gym Daily
I can honestly say that I didn’t start to get laid a lot until I was visiting the gym on a daily basis or at least on a regular basis.
If you want to pick up women then you need to put yourself in front of them. It’s as simple as that really. Go more frequently and you will get more pussy. I would be my life on it.
Ask Her Questions
Whatever you do, you need to make it seem like you’re interested in what the fit girls have to say. The best way to accomplish this is to ask them questions. I always ask questions related to workouts, diets, music, and any current events.
I don’t ever take things to a political or personal level. Your objective is to just break the ice here and that’s all. Next, comes literally hooking up with girls inside the gym. I’ll touch on that another day because it can happen!
